Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Diwa Copilot. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.

2. Wallet, billing, and purchases

• You add funds to your Diwa wallet by purchasing top-up packs priced in U.S. dollars (USD). Stripe may convert charges to your card's billing currency at its prevailing rates, which can include foreign-exchange fees set by your card issuer.
• Live interview sessions are charged per-minute against your wallet balance while a session is active. A minimum wallet balance is required to start a session and a minimum per-session charge may apply; the current values are shown in product documentation and at session start. Mock interviews and intel lookups are included subject to fair-use limits.
• Paid wallet top-ups do not expire. Trial-wallet balances are time-limited and expire after the trial period disclosed at the time of activation.
• Unless required by law, wallet top-ups are non-refundable. Unused wallet balance from non-refundable top-ups remains available in your account subject to these terms.
• Pricing and top-up packs may be updated with reasonable notice.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and acceptable-use policies.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the service in compliance with interview policies and local laws.
• Do not misuse, abuse, or attempt to disrupt service infrastructure.
• You remain responsible for your own interview answers and decisions.

4. No Outcome Guarantee

Diwa Copilot provides guidance and preparation support. We do not guarantee interview results, hiring outcomes, compensation, or job offers.
